Staffline is recruiting a Production Operative for our Redruth client, a leading meat and fish producer. Work afternoons from 3:45pm to 2am on-site in Redruth with your own transport essential.

Salary is £12.71 per hour. This full-time role offers temp-to-perm progression, on-site canteen, free parking, PPE and full training, with occasional overtime on weekends. Responsibilities include lifting boxes, moving stock, and processing seafood.

Production Operative – Redruth

Work afternoons as a Production Operative at our client’s site, a leading producer of meat and fish.

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Full-time

Working hours: 3:45pm to 2am

Location: Redruth, on-site. Your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lifting boxes
• Moving stock around
• Processing raw and frozen seafood

Ideal candidate: Reliable, good time-keeping skills, flexible, with own transport, commit to full-time and occasional overtime on weekends. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
