Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Porter to join the on-site team at St Leonards Terrace, London. You will work daytime hours to help keep the development safe, well-presented and welcoming for residents and visitors.

The role focuses on supporting site security, health and safety checks, and assisting residents. You will collaborate with the House Manager, cleaning teams and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services such as concierge or caretaking.
• Emergency First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day site security and monitor access.
• Assist with health and safety compliance checks.
• Be a visible presence on site and assist residents and visitors.
• Support on-site cleaning team with additional tasks.
• Work with operations to ensure information sharing.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies per procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, professional customer experience.
• Provide information to the Property Manager daily.
