Places for People is seeking a friendly Porter to join the on-site team at St Leonards Terrace, London. You will help ensure the development is safe, well-presented and welcoming for residents and visitors, supporting site security and safety checks.

This role is visible and service-focused, involving assisting residents, working with the House Manager and operations colleagues, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience during daytime hours.

Formación

• Experience working in building services such as concierge or caretaking.
• Emergency First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Supporting day-to-day site security and monitoring access as required.
• Assisting with health and safety compliance checks across the development.
• Being a visible presence on site and assisting residents and visitors when needed.
• Supporting the on-site cleaning team with additional tasks as directed.
• Working closely with the operations team to ensure accurate information sharing.
• Responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies in line with procedures.
• Contributing to a positive, professional customer experience across the development.
• Providing information to the Property Manager on a daily basis.
