Meet Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator for a global life sciences client in Leatherhead, UK. The role focuses on coordinating study activities from start-up to close-out, ensuring regulatory alignment and inspection readiness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or similar.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Clinical Operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience managing an eTMF.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage multiple studies independently.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, implementation, and close-out of clinical studies on schedule.
• Administer the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and maintain study filing systems.
• Oversee study documentation quality and audit readiness.
• Coordinate communication among study teams, sites, and vendors.
• Assist in site selection, initiation, and monitoring activities.
• Support regulatory submissions, safety reporting, and inspections.
• Identify operational efficiencies and support new systems.
• Contribute to training, mentorship, and onboarding.
