Job summary

Adler and Allan are seeking a Team Leader - Civils to supervise drainage/site works in Rochford. You will lead operatives on on-site projects, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and compliant practices while coordinating with engineers and supervisors.

Applicants should have drainage team leadership experience, a CSCS card, a full UK driving licence, and a strong understanding of health, safety, and drainage systems. Travel to various sites and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in running small drainage or construction teams.
• CSCS card required.
• Good health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to various sites (working away) and work flexible hours.
• Strong understanding of drainage systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead drainage/construction teams on site to deliver works safely and to a high standard.
• Follow site supervisor instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
• Record details of work undertaken accurately.
• Operate hand and power tools where trained and certified.
• Represent the company professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements.
