You will be on-site, managing day-to-day operations, health and safety, service charges and CAPEX, and reporting to the client while inspiring the on-site team.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a high-profile Grade A office environment.
• Experience mobilising a building from pre-completion through to BAU operation.
• Strong focus on customer experience beyond SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• On-site leadership of the team to ensure seamless campus operations.
• Manage health & safety, service charge budgets and CAPEX projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with occupiers and report to the client.
