Job summary

Bettys & Taylors Group is seeking an experienced Staff Café Manager to lead Pagoda Café and Carole’s Counter on-site at our Starbeck offices. You will guide our cafe team to deliver exceptional customer experiences for employees, visitors and contractors across the business, while maintaining a welcoming, quality-driven environment.

Working with two Team Leaders, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensure food safety compliance, and foster a culture of care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the on-site Pagoda Café team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee the Carole’s Counter staff shop to support colleagues across the business.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety practices.
• Manage budgets and supplier relationships to optimise costs and quality.
