Job summary

JLL is seeking a Building Services Supervisor to lead a multiskilled engineering team on-site at Victoria Embankment, London. The role focuses on delivering PPM, reactive maintenance, and small projects, while ensuring compliance with EHS, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

The successful candidate will manage building operating assets, supervise staff and subcontractors, and produce monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Essential: Indentured Apprenticeship or equivalent electrical training.
• Essential: City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or recognised equivalent; or 17th Edition IE E Registration.
• Experience in a critical maintenance environment and operating business critical assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of engineers to ensure high performance.
• Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and small projects.
• Maintain statutory and contractual compliance and monthly reporting.
• Manage permits to work and operation shut-offs (LOTO).
• Interface with client representatives and service providers to deliver services.
