Job summary

The Natural History Museum in London is seeking a skilled audio visual technician to join Technology Solutions, supporting the lecture theatre, seminar space and broadcast studio on site at South Kensington.

You will manage AV infrastructure, assist with first line support for hybrid meeting rooms, and coordinate repairs and replacements with the Senior Technician and third party staff. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving and strong user communication.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AV infrastructure and MTR solutions.
• High level of IT literacy.
• Experience in AV environments such as conference centres, meeting rooms and broadcast studios.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV services across The Natural History Museum's lecture theatre, seminar space and broadcast studio.
• Assist with first line support and maintenance of all hybrid meeting rooms across the Museum.
• Prioritise equipment repairs and replacements in collaboration with the Senior Audio Visual Technician and third party staff.
