Job summary

Suffolk New College seeks an Apprenticeships Progress Manager to lead the progress and learner experience for apprentices across campuses in Ipswich. The role is on-site and focuses on delivering high-quality progress monitoring and PD for staff and coaches.

You will champion best practice, drive standards, and ensure timely achievement while coordinating across multi-campus locations. A relevant degree or qualification and Level 2 Maths/English are required, with DBS checks and safeguarding

Qualifications

• Proven experience and expert knowledge of apprenticeship provision.
• Strong leadership abilities to develop Progress Coaches.
• Ability to build relationships with staff, employers and external stakeholders.
• maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead PD activity and promote continuous improvement.
• Drive high quality progress monitoring.
• Support and develop Progress Coaches.
• Travel between campuses as required.
