Job summary

The role develops the PD of Progress Coaches, models best practice, and promotes continuous improvement across the team. You will build strong relationships with staff, employers and external partners, with proven apprenticeship delivery knowledge and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of apprenticeship provision and work-based learning requirements.
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to build effective relationships with staff, employers and external stakeholders.
• Design and deliver targeted PD activity for Progress Coaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the progress monitoring and learner experience for apprentices.
• Design and implement targeted PD activity for the Progress Coach team.
• Travel between Suffolk New College campuses to support delivery and oversight.
