Job summary

JLL is seeking skilled Air Conditioning/Chiller Engineers to provide operational support for the South West/Midlands within the Integral Cooling Technology Division. You will perform maintenance and service tasks on VRF systems, CRAC units, and large chillers while supporting a busy client base.

The role involves on-site work in Bristol with opportunities for out-of-hours standby and career development within a global real estate services firm.

Qualifications

• Recognised training in Refrigeration & air conditioning or equivalent.
• Proven knowledge of VRF systems and large tonnage chillers.
• Experience with CRAC units, air conditioning splits and VRV/VRF systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering tasks including maintenance and service visits.
• Carry out service and reactive breakdown cover during normal hours.
• Participate in Out of Hours work and standby rota.
• Ensure tasks meet client requirements and contract standards.
