Job summary
BJF Group is seeking an AC Engineer to perform on-site maintenance of domestic and commercial air conditioning systems across our Southwest Core team in Blandford Forum. You will service VRV/VRF units, split systems, chillers, AHUs and humidifiers, with emphasis on preventative and reactive maintenance to meet KPIs.
Applicants must hold a current F gas certificate and NVQ Level 2 in AC, plus prior relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Current F gas certificate
- NVQ Level 2 in AC
- Previous experience in same or similar role
- Experience carrying out trade related maintenance, installation and fault finds
- Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works / tasks completed within KPIs.
- Understanding of Safety Regulations
- Knowledge of different Maintenance Techniques
Responsibilities
- To carry out maintenance of relevant trade in domestic and commercial buildings
- Servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings.
- Fault finding and repairs of air conditioning systems; VRV VRF's, split units, chillers, AHUs, humidifiers and dehumidifiers
- Providing maintenance and inspection of all units on sites
