Job summary

JLL is seeking skilled Air Conditioning/Chiller Engineers to support the South East Integral Cooling Technology Division. You will perform maintenance and service visits on VRF systems, CRAC units, and large chillers, delivering high-quality engineering tasks both in normal hours and standby shifts.

Role requires refrigerant handling knowledge (2079) and certified training in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, with the ability to work independently or in a team to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven refrigerant handling knowledge (2079) and relevant refrigeration/air conditioning certificates.
• Completed recognised training in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent experience.
• Solid base knowledge of maintenance and service duties on VRF systems and large tonnage chillers.
• Experience with CRAC units, air conditioning splits and cassettes, and VRV/VRF systems from major manufacturers.
• Ability to work independently or in a team depending on the task.

Responsibilities

• Deliver maintenance and service visits across equipment, including splits, VRF systems and CRAC units.
• Perform service and reactive breakdown cover during normal hours; participate in Out of Hours and standby rota.
• Ensure all tasks meet client and contract standards and are completed to a high quality.
• Collaborate with internal and client support functions to meet business objectives.
