Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a caring Activities Co-ordinator for Chapel Road, Winsford. This on-site role supports residents in a 3L service with varied activities from crafts and games to outings, tailored to individuals’ interests and wellbeing.

The position offers a permanent contract with 20–36 hours per week. Training is provided, and benefits include wellbeing support and access to GP services.

Qualifications

• Caring, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Creativity and confidence to lead activities.
• Interest in working with elderly people and dementia.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Create enjoyable and meaningful experiences for residents.
• Plan and run arts, crafts, music, games, gentle exercise, celebrations and outings.
• Tailor activities to reflect individual resident interests, abilities and life experiences.
