Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a caring Activities Co-ordinator for Chapel Road, Winsford. This on-site role supports residents in a 3L service with varied activities from crafts and games to outings, tailored to individuals’ interests and wellbeing.

The position offers a permanent contract with 20–36 hours per week. Training is provided, and benefits include wellbeing support and access to GP services.

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and creative Activities Co-ordinator to join our friendly team at Chapel road .

In this rewarding role, you'll help create enjoyable and meaningful experiences , At chapel house we provide around the clock care supporting individuals with complex health needs , as a 3L service under We Change Lives. Our approach is person-centred, ensuring a high level of care tailored to our residents' needs. From arts and crafts and music sessions to games, gentle exercise, celebrations and community outings, you'll support residents to stay active, connected and engaged.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by planning activities that reflect each resident's interests, abilities and life experiences.

• £12.71 per hour
• Permanent contract – 20 to 36 hours per week, with contracted hours to be discussed and agreed at interview.

What We're Looking For
