Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to join Chapel Road. You will plan and run engaging activities for residents with complex health needs, including arts, crafts, music sessions, games, gentle exercise and community outings, helping them stay active and engaged.

The role offers a permanent contract for 20 to 36 hours per week with interview discussions on hours. Benefits include a £250 welcome bonus, paid qualifications, and 24/7 GP and wellbeing support.

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and creative Activities Co-ordinator to join our friendly team at Chapel road.

In this rewarding role, you'll help create enjoyable and meaningful experiences , At chapel house we provide around the clock care supporting individuals with complex health needs , as a 3L service under We Change Lives. Our approach is person-centred, ensuring a high level of care tailored to our residents' needs. From arts and crafts and music sessions to games, gentle exercise, celebrations and community outings, you'll support residents to stay active, connected and engaged.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by planning activities that reflect each resident's interests, abilities and life experiences.

Compensation and contract details are as follows:

• £12.71 per hour
• Permanent contract - 20 to 36 hours per week, with contracted hours to be discussed and agreed at interview.
