Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an On-Prem DevOps Engineer to join a security-focused team delivering complex software in a regulated environment.

You will build and optimise deployment pipelines, manage containerised applications, and automate infrastructure. Collaboration with software and systems engineers, plus stakeholders, will drive secure, reliable software delivery.

The role requires strong Kubernetes experience, IaC tooling, and a proactive, independent work style in a demanding on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands-on with Helm, Ansible and IaC tools.
• Experience with Docker/Podman and secure deployments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for on-prem systems.
• Deploy and support containerised apps in secure environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
• Develop automation to improve software delivery and operations.
