Job summary

Status Motor Group in Rainham is seeking a hands-on content creator to own our online presence. You will appear on camera, film and edit walkarounds, new stock, and staff interactions, delivering engaging videos that generate online leads.

The role blends marketing insight with practical production work. You will drive a consistent posting calendar for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, while evaluating performance and expanding our reach across email, events and local partnerships.

Qualifications

Professional on-camera delivery and ability to present confidently.
A portfolio or showreel of self-filmed and edited short-form videos.
Strong editing skills across major software.
Understanding of TikTok and Instagram best practices for growth.
Ability to plan and maintain a regular posting calendar.
On-site role in Rainham; UK work rights required.

Responsibilities

Appear on camera as the face of our content: walkarounds and showroom life.
Own our online presence: social channels, website content, listings and reviews.
Generate leads from online channels and pass to sales quickly.
Film on site: cars, staff, handovers, showroom life.
Edit everything yourself: cutting, captions, sound, grading.
Plan and schedule a consistent calendar across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
Make staff comfortable on camera and pull usable footage.
Monitor performance and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Push into other channels: email, events, paid campaigns.
