Job summary

The Avenue Estate Agents is seeking a hands-on Content and Social Media Manager to own day-to-day activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, shaping the online presence of a growing property brand and its partner agents.

You’ll plan and deliver content, test formats, and use performance data to drive ideas, collaborating with videographers and creatives to bring campaigns to life in a hybrid, field-based role across the West Midlands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing business social media channels across major platforms.
• Strong ability to create engaging short-form video content and hooks.
• Experience in filming and editing, with a portfolio of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategy across key platforms.
• Own the publishing calendar and day-to-day activity.
• Create and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, Shorts and other assets.
• Test different edits and platform features to improve results.
• Plan seasonal and reactive property material with creatives.
• Repurpose content and monitor trends to improve output.
• Collaborate with partner agents to review performance and derive insights.
