Job summary

Chilled Pubs is seeking a confident, creative Content Creator to become one of the faces of learning across our Midlands pubs. You’ll be on camera, presenting, demonstrating and bringing training content to life in a way that feels natural and unmistakably Chilled.

You’ll turn hospitality knowledge into engaging microlearning videos, quizzes and guides, travel between pubs, script, film and edit content, and help colleagues feel comfortable on camera.

Qualifications

• Experience with SCORM authoring tools or Parta.io would be a bonus.
• Able to create engaging training content from hospitality knowledge.
• Portfolio or examples of videos or content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Presenting and appearing on camera to deliver engaging training content
• Creating short, snappy microlearning content designed to be watched during a shift
• Researching, planning and scripting content
• Filming and editing engaging videos
• Creating supporting content such as quizzes, images, guides and visual explainers
• Turning existing training materials into engaging digital learning experiences
• Traveling between pubs to capture real tasks, people and examples
• Working with colleagues who appear in content and helping them feel comfortable on camera
• Keeping learning content accurate, relevant and up to date
• Coming up with new and creative ways to make learning more engaging
