Job summary

Chilled Pubs Limited is seeking a Social Media Manager to take the brand's social media to the next level. This field-based role reports to the Marketing Manager and involves planning, filming, editing, publishing and engaging with our audience across multiple platforms.

You’ll travel to pubs, capture food and atmosphere, and craft content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and carousels. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience creating great social content and growing a channel or audience.
• Experience managing and growing social media for a brand, business or organisation.
• Portfolio showing Reels, videos, carousels, static posts and Stories.
• Strong filming and editing skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Understanding of what makes content perform and resonates with audiences.
• Love of social media and keeping up with trends.
• Confidence working independently and with different teams.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver our social media strategy.
• Plan content and manage content calendars.
• Travel to our pubs to capture food, people, events and experiences.
• Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, static posts and other social content.
• Film, edit, write captions and schedule content.
• Respond to comments and engage with our audience.
• Repost content to Stories.
• Review performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Work closely with pub teams to find and create great stories.
• Bring new ideas to grow our channels and strengthen the brand online.
