We’re looking for a confident, creative and seriously organised Social Media Manager to take Chilled Pubs’ social media to the next level.
You’ll be out in our pubs, capturing the food, people, atmosphere and personality that make Chilled Pubs what it is - and turning it into content people actually want to watch, share and engage with.
You’ll report directly to our Marketing Manager but be responsible for owning the process from strategy through to doing - planning, creating, filming, editing, publishing and engaging with our audience.
We’re Chilled Pubs - seven food-led gastro pubs across the Midlands, built around seriously good food, warm hospitality and teams full of personality.
Our mission is to Inspire Togetherness.
We want our social media to bring that to life.
You’ll be responsible for:

Your base will be The Joiners Arms in Quarndon, but you’ll regularly travel between our pubs to create content and work with our teams.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
This is a full-time role to meet the needs of the business. Social media and hospitality don’t always happen between 9 and 5, so the role may include evenings and weekends when required.
Flexibility is key.
What matters to us is that you can demonstrate experience creating great social content and growing a channel or audience.
You’ll ideally have:
Most importantly, you’ll be extraverted, bubbly, creative, organised and full of ideas.
You’ll be comfortable walking into a busy pub, talking to people, getting involved and spotting the next piece of content.
