Job summary

Chilled Pubs is looking for a confident, creative Content Creator to become one of the faces of learning. You’ll take knowledge from our hospitality teams and turn it into engaging, memorable training content, with a strong on‑camera presence.

This role covers scripting, filming and editing short‑form videos, quizzes and visuals, plus travelling between pubs to capture real tasks. Experience with SCORM tools or Parta.io would be a bonus; a portfolio is welcome.

Qualifications

Experience creating engaging learning content for hospitality or training.
Confident on camera with engaging delivery.
Ability to script, plan and storyboard content.
Willingness to travel between pubs to film real tasks.
Portfolio or examples of created content welcome.

Responsibilities

Present on camera to deliver engaging training content.
Create short, snappy microlearning content for shifts.
Research, plan and script content.
Film and edit engaging videos.
Create supporting content such as quizzes, images and guides.
Use Parta.io to publish interactive SCORM learning packages.
Transform existing training materials into digital learning experiences.
Travel between pubs to capture real tasks and people.
Collaborate with colleagues appearing in content; ensure accuracy and relevance.
