Job summary

Chilled Pubs is seeking a confident, creative Social Media Manager who will be field-based, travelling to pubs to capture food, people and experiences. You’ll own the process from strategy through to publishing, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

You’ll produce Reels, TikToks and Stories, manage calendars, and engage with audiences while growing our social channels across Midlands pubs. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social content and growing a channel or audience.
• Experience managing and growing social media.
• Portfolio showing Reels, videos, carousels, Stories, etc.
• Strong filming and editing skills.
• Excellent planning and organisation.
• Willingness to travel to pubs and capture content.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering our social media strategy.
• Planning content and managing content calendars.
• Travelling to our pubs to capture food, people, events and experiences.
• Creating Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, static posts and other social content.
• Filming, editing, writing captions and scheduling content.
• Responding to comments and engaging with our audience.
• Reposting content to Stories and keeping up with trends.
• Reviewing performance and using insights to improve future content.
• Working closely with our pub teams to find and create great stories.
• Bringing new ideas to grow our channels and strengthen the Chilled Pubs brand online.
