Job summary

Greystar (International) is seeking a proactive maintenance professional to support residential properties. You will handle day‑to‑day repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance across our buildings, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high standards of repair.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance in residential environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of the Community team to ensure residents receive high-quality service and repairs.
• Communicates effectively with residents, clients, contractors and colleagues; responds to maintenance issues with initiative.
• Monitors and maintains the Onesite maintenance reporting system; ensures tasks are completed on time.
• Provides regular updates to residents regarding ongoing or delayed maintenance issues.
• Administers property maintenance records in line with Greystar policies and procedures.
• Maintains stock and ensures forward planning for repairs and replacements.
• Diagnoses and undertakes repairs (plumbing, carpentry, decoration, lighting) or oversees contractor works.
• On‑call availability to respond to emergencies and participate in rota duties.
• Reviews site risk assessments with the Community Manager and monitors safety compliance.
