Job summary

Equans in London is seeking a Mechanical Technician to join our on-site team at Edmonton. This full-time role includes an on-call rota once a month and requires hands-on maintenance of HVAC, boilers and water systems to ensure building services run safely and reliably.

You will diagnose mechanical faults, perform preventative maintenance, and support safe systems of work. Relevant qualifications and the ability to work independently or with teams are expected, with opportunities for development

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, boilers and building services.
• Knowledge of health and safety and risk assessments.
• Ability to fault-find and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance on HVAC, boilers and water systems.
• Repair mechanical faults and respond to breakdowns.
• Support on-call rota and ensure service continuity.
