We now have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and motivated Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to join our Property & Facilities team. As a Maintenance Technician (Electrical), you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical repairs across a diverse property portfolio. You'll ensure that all electrical systems and assets remain safe, compliant, and operational, helping us deliver outstanding facilities services to our customers.
The role will primarily cover Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas including locations such as Worthing, Shoreham and Newhaven. Working as part of a wider maintenance team, you will provide a customer-focused service, responding effectively to maintenance issues while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and NHS Property Services standards.
You are a qualified electrician with a strong maintenance background and a commitment to delivering high standards of service. You enjoy working independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues, contractors, and customers. You are proactive, organised, and take ownership of your work, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This role is field based across the South Coast region, primarily covering the Bognor Regis area and surrounding locations such as New haven, Shoreham & Worthing. The position is full-time, permanent, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
