Job summary

Matchtech is partnering with a leading defence and security organisation to appoint a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician for the Estates Delivery team in UK Defence Operations. The role focuses on building fabric maintenance, repairs, and compliance across site services at BUTEC.

You will perform planned, responsive and on-call tasks, ensure safety standards, and pursue continuous improvement while developing professional and technical competencies through structured learning and assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-skilled maintenance for site services, buildings and plant/equipment.
• Good knowledge of health, safety and environmental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-skilled maintenance services for building fabric and related systems.
• Support planned, responsive and demand maintenance tasks.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and communicate effectively.
• Be part of on-call rota and participate in continuous improvement.
