Job summary

Digital Asset seeks a Senior CX Solution Design Lead to drive complex client engagements involving Daml and the Canton Network. You will translate business objectives into practical designs, lead end-to-end delivery, and coordinate across CX, Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure success.

The role combines product management, business analysis, and enterprise software delivery with strong client leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product development or related field.
7+ years leading complex Agile software delivery initiatives.
Strong knowledge of fintech, financial services, capital markets, blockchain, and/or distributed ledger technologies.
Demonstrated expertise in Daml, the Canton Network, or comparable distributed-ledger tech.
Outstanding client relationship skills and ability to act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design complex processes.
Proven ability to connect technology and business-process design to business cases and outcomes.
Experience facilitating complex client design sessions and driving roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead complex solution design and day-to-day client delivery across multiple teams.
Translate client objectives into structured designs, delivery plans, and roadmaps.
Mentor less-experienced CX team members and promote best practices.
Coordinate across CX, Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure delivery quality.
Apply Daml and Canton expertise to client challenges and architect delivery solutions.
Influence product development with client feedback and implementation insights.
