Job summary

New Look Preston is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead the store team in delivering an outstanding Omnichannel experience. You will work with management to ensure customers receive the highest level of service, reflect our Brand Values, and inspire the team to achieve results in-store and online.

You will develop the team, coach on YATD techniques, drive visual merchandising, embed KIND values, monitor KPIs, and promote a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop the team to deliver a seamless Omnichannel Customer journey within store and ensure our customers feel like they are shopping with one brand whether in store or online.
• Coach and develop the team on YATD techniques, regularly observing and providing feedback to ensure they are giving advice and recommendations that our customer trusts.
• Actively take part in inspiring visual journeys in store, tailoring layout, merchandising, Windows and mannequins to reflect the local market and customer.
