Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Omnichannel Solutions Product Manager within Merchant Services to bridge strategy and end-to-end delivery.

You will own stakeholder management across Product, Technology, and partner teams to ensure a clear delivery plan and a successful solution launch. You will bring deep European payments knowledge, focus on omnichannel and card terminal solutions, and translate customer insights into actionable product requirements to build scalable base solutions and future

Qualifications

• Significant experience in payments including physical and digital ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of European payments, in-store/omnichannel solutions.
• Ability to translate strategy into scoped roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Experience coordinating with clients and engineers in a tech setting.

Responsibilities
