Job summary

JD Group is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to design and deliver learning programs across a multi‑channel Customer Care environment. You will develop system training modules, run in‑person and virtual sessions, and create interactive workshops to support continuous learning and performance improvement.

Responsibilities include managing LMS tracking, updating materials, and collaborating with IT to reflect platform changes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms.
• Ability to analyse training impact using data and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative learning solutions across an omni‑channel Customer Care environment.
• Develop system training modules for new tools and platforms.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions; create workshops and simulations.
• Create training manuals, guides, and e‑learning modules; update content as policies change.
• Implement LMS for tracking and reporting; assess trainee progress and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with IT and Operations to reflect system updates in training materials.
