Job summary

JD Sports Fashion is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to design, deliver and manage training for Customer Care across our UK operations. You will build programs, materials, and workshops for in-person and virtual delivery, leveraging LMS tools to track progress.

Based in Kingsway with 40 hours per week, travel to outsource partners will be required. You will collaborate with IT, Operations and HR to keep content fresh and compliant with GDPR and PCI DSS where relevant.

• Create training modules for new tools and platforms
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Customer Care training programs and materials
• Develop system training modules for new tools and platforms
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff
• Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Integrate microlearning and video-based content for quick skill reinforcement
• Create assessment tools and quizzes to evaluate learning outcomes
• Implement Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and reporting
