Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor for an oil and gas facility. You will oversee daily operations across a production station, coordinate wellsite activities, and ensure safe, compliant performance.

Responsibilities include managing handovers, Liasing with export customers, and ensuring maintenance tasks are executed on schedule, while supporting incident response and site reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising, operating, or maintaining an oil/gas facility.
• Engineering qualification at ONC/BTEC level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of safety and control systems.
• Ability to interpret PFDs, P&IDs and schematics.

Responsabilités

• Drive daily production and gas import/export targets via DCS/SCADA.
• Optimise station performance and resolve abnormal conditions early.
• Coordinate operator activity across the station and wellsite.
• Liaise with oil export customers on rates and quality.
• Manage day-ahead communication with the power provider.
• Oversee Permit to Work in absence of Shift Superintendent.
• Delegate and track first-line maintenance on gas/utility equipment.
• Act as deputy Incident Controller for emergencies.
• Deliver clear shift handovers, written and verbal.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly site reporting.
