Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager to lead a children\'s residential home in Walsall, West Midlands. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a safe, therapeutic environment.

The role requires Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, with experience in complex needs. Salary £55,000–£80,000 (DOE), full-time, daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for residential childcare.
• Experience as Ofsted Registered Manager or similar in a children\'s residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the children\'s home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
• Create a safe, therapeutic, and person-centred environment that promotes independence and wellbeing.
• Develop and supervise a skilled staff team through coaching and professional development.
• Develop care plans meeting each young person\'s needs and aspirations.
