Position: Registered Manager

Location: Slough

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in a children's residential care setting.
• At least 12 months of experience as a registered manager with Ofsted registration.
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and maintaining exceptional standards.
• Successfully achieve Ofsted registration.
• Ensure strict compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Support the professional development of team members in safeguarding practices.
• Maintain high performance and operational standards within the care home.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate staff, encouraging career growth and skill development.
• Represent the care home professionally in all external interactions.
• Manage budgets effectively, meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Foster a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.
• Introduce innovative ideas and celebrate successes within the organisation.
  
  

Work Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• Availability for phone support and additional hours during emergencies or transition periods.
