Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Stock Keeper for their Montrose offshore warehouse operations, responsible for managing materials, tools, and spare parts. You will maintain stock accuracy, conduct inspections, and coordinate deliveries to offshore teams, ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in warehousing, SAP/WMS experience, and strong English communication. This role offers a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off pattern and healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehousing or production experience.
• Good knowledge of stock control, inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Experience using SAP or other WMS.
• Good written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Commitment to health, safety and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure materials, tools, consumables, and spare parts are available.
• Receive, inspect, store, and control inventory with high stock accuracy and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to prepare, package, document, and deliver materials on time.
• Manage tooling, calibration schedules, and safety-critical equipment for offshore operations.
• Monitor usage, forecast needs, and mitigate supply chain risks to prevent delays.
• Lead cycle counts and NCR processes; coordinate repairs or returns as required.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and provide stock updates to stakeholders.
