Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to drive daily warehouse and inventory activities at our offshore wind base. You will lead a team, manage stock locations, and coordinate with planning and sourcing to keep materials flowing for maintenance.

We value strong leadership, experience with ERP/WMS systems, and a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with regular hours and occasional emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience as Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Strong stock management and inventory accuracy skills.
• Experience coordinating goods receipt, storage, picking, dispatch.
• Experience with cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• SAP or similar ERP/WMS experience with MS Office.
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Forklift and Stacker licence with warehouse experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and inventory activities according to EHS guidelines.
• Allocate workloads across goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Receive, store, track and issue tools, materials, and parts.
• Maintain stock locations and stock availability in ERP systems.
• Coordinate deliveries and material availability with planning and sourcing.
• Support audits, stock counts, and safety inspections.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safe warehouse operations.
• Maintain accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Shift is Mon-Fri 8:00-16:30 with weekend emergency calls.
