Job summary

Vestas is seeking a skilled professional to join the Offshore Execution team, supporting commissioning and performance across offshore wind projects. You will collaborate with Site Managers, Commissioning Supervisors and technical experts to drive operational excellence and timely project delivery, both onshore and offshore.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in electrical and/or mechanical systems and commissioning.
• Experience monitoring, analysing, and resolving technical issues on a wind farm or similar industrial environment.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site technical support specialist, coordinating solutions and liaising between construction sites and back-office teams.
• Ensure critical project information is communicated to all site team members.
• Support Lead Site Managers with daily planning, coordination and problem-solving.
• Provide technical guidance to Commissioning Supervisors onshore and offshore, with the Construction team.
• Track and evaluate wind turbine generator performance and coordinate troubleshooting efforts.
• Assist with commissioning documentation packages, training content development, and competence assessments for Commissioning Supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commissioning processes, safety, quality and efficiency.
