Job summary

GE is seeking a Service Lead for the Haliade-X platform, primarily offshore on rotation, with an onshore base at the Port of Tyne. You will coordinate planned and corrective maintenance, lead the offshore service team on the SOV, and drive safe, quality-focused turbine operations with strong reporting and KPI tracking.

Role involves international travel and working from the Port of Tyne O&M base as needed, with relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience coordinating workloads and leading work parties.
• Wind maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional global environment with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and corrective operational activities for turbine maintenance.
• Lead the offshore service team onboard the SOV and ensure task execution aligns with SQDC.
• Safely manage onboarding/offboarding of technicians and equipment with vessel operations.
• Track site activities, technician levels, service schedules, requisitions, and documentation.
• Maintain stock and tooling readiness; ensure accurate consumption logging.
• Support recruitment and talent development for technical and non-technical roles.
