Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Service Lead for the GE Haliade-X offshore platform. Based offshore on rotation, you will coordinate planned and corrective operations, lead the service team, and ensure readiness of parts, tools and crew for daily deployment.

This role requires fluent English, proven leadership, and strong safety, quality and reporting discipline. Travel offshore, carry out onshore support at Port of Tyne, and drive continuous improvement across the service activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience coordinating workloads and teams.
• Wind maintenance experience desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and corrective operational activities.
• Lead the operational team onboard the SOV and ensure execution of service activities.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding of technicians and equipment with vessel and site teams.
• Prepare tooling, materials and parts for daily deployment and track stock usage.
• Report task progress and turbine status, deviations, and mitigations.
• Support recruitment and development for technical and non-technical roles.
