Job summary

Ocean Winds in Edinburgh is seeking a Project Planning & Controls Associate to lead the Development Phase schedule and help shape the Construction Phase plan with cross‑functional teams. You will provide reliable schedule information to support informed project decisions and delivery on a large offshore wind farm.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project planning/controls, experience on major capital projects, and familiarity with Primavera P6; offshore wind experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in project planning/controls or project engineering/technical role.
• Experience with major capital projects, ideally in Development and Construction phases.
• Fluent in English; able to collaborate with an international team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning and controls; maintain and manage project schedules.
• Lead schedule updates, progress measurement and reviews; analyse critical path and interfaces.
• Build and assess schedule scenarios; report insights to senior management.
• Provide clear schedule reporting to the project team.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline teams to align objectives and information flow.
