Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is recruiting a Planning Engineer to join an Offshore Wind team in Kingston upon Thames on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress and reporting on delays or risks across tendering and delivery phases.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in offshore Oil & Gas or related energy projects, with strong experience in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, plus a degree in an engineering discipline.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in project planning within offshore energy sectors.
• Experience with tender planning within Transportation & Installation and/or EPCI projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, progress measurement and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules in accordance with contractual requirements and internal standards.
• Review schedule feasibility, constraints and critical activities, highlighting potential issues.
• Implement effective planning and progress control systems.
• Monitor project performance and report schedule deviations.
• Produce and maintain 90-day look-ahead, weekly and monthly schedules.
• Support the Project Control Manager with project status reporting.
• Provide Time Impact Analysis to support contract amendments and claims.
