Job summary

Equinor is seeking an experienced engineer to safely plan and execute O&M campaigns across Greater Wash assets including Dudgeon, Hywind Scotland and Sheringham Shoal. You will join a multidiscipline team delivering O&M support and project management, covering a broad workload and ensuring safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires engineering qualifications, offshore readiness, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering discipline required or equivalent experience.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification is desirable.
• Offshore wind experience is desirable.
• Experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or asset integrity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and closeout maintenance and modification campaigns.
• Manage contractor deliveries meeting technical, safety and quality requirements.
• Provide asset technical support and integrity assurance in core discipline.
• Maintain O&M documentation including scopes of work, risk assessments and methods.
• Support ORA, RCA and O&M governance.
• Collaborate with asset planning, marine, logistics and control room teams to drive improvements.

Skills

Engineering degree or equivalent

IOSH/NEBOSH qualification

Offshore wind experience

Operations and maintenance experience

Maintenance planning and risk assess.

O&M documentation

GWO offshore certification readiness

CMMS (e.g. SAP)

English communication

Travel flexibility to onshore/offshore
