Job summary

WTG Electrical Installation & Commissioning Supervisor is needed in Hull, UK, on a 14x14 rotation with 12-hour days. The role focuses on electrical installation and commissioning of wind turbine generation equipment, coordinating site activities, QA and safety and overseeing handover readiness to Generation.

The candidate will verify progress, fitness-for- purpose of tests, and ensure safe execution, reporting to the management and back-office teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field.
• Experience with installation, testing and commissioning of complex systems.
• Knowledge of safety, lockout/tagout and electrical testing procedures.
• Background verification and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clear, fact-based communication between site activities and back-office teams.
• Provide feedback on progress, risk and quality for forecasting and handover readiness.
• Model safe behaviour and ensure contractors prioritise safety.
• Coordinate with multiple contractors and client interfaces to resolve issues.
