Qualifications

• Significant experience in vessel operations and asset management with understanding of maritime legislation, class requirements and safety management systems.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, operational performance and diverse stakeholders in a dynamic offshore environment.
• Strong leadership, judgment and communication skills to deliver safe, reliable and commercially successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leading the safe, compliant and efficient operation of a portfolio of offshore vessels.
• Driving vessel availability, operational readiness and technical performance.
• Managing maintenance programmes, repairs, dry dockings and vessel improvement initiatives.
• Overseeing vessel budgets, expenditure, forecasting and financial performance.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and regulatory bodies.
• Supporting crew performance, welfare, engagement and development.
• Championing safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement across your fleet.
• Delivering vessel performance that consistently exceeds client and business expectations.
