Job summary

303 Borr Drilling Land Support Limited is seeking a Training and Competence Coordinator in Aberdeen City to manage operational, HSE, marine training, and competence requirements. This fixed-term position is for 3 months, involving coordination of training courses and compliance with training targets.

The ideal candidate will hold valid offshore survival certifications, a college degree, and have operational training experience in Oil & Gas. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft and HRIS are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid offshore survival and pre-mobilisation certification (i.e. BOSIET, MIST, CA-EBS).
• Proven operational experience in training and competency within Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with key personnel to manage compliance targets.
• Arrange course related travel and accommodation.
• Maintain all training records within the HRIS.
