Job summary

Oceaneering International in Aberdeen is seeking to optimize offshore crew allocations and journey management in collaboration with Global Mobility and the Operations Manager. The role involves coordinating training, compliance and competency for field staff, and supporting operational excellence initiatives across teams.

You will monitor crew profiles and CVs, contributing to performance evaluations and ensuring alignment with project requirements and HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Matches project requirements by allocating crew based on utilization, compliance and competencies.
• Ensures field personnel have a clear journey management plan and manages journey stages.
• Provides feedback on performance to Operations Manager in evaluations of field support staff.
• Coordinates with Training & Competency to identify and provide offshore personnel training, regulatory compliance and competency.
• Organizes teams to support operational excellence initiatives as directed by Operations Manager.
• Participates in HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Monitors crew profiles, work experience and CVs of offshore personnel.
