Qualifications

• Experience in Renewable industry within Operations.
• Degree in a technical subject.
• Experience in offshore cable pull-in, terminations and testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of renewables service projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Support project managers with commercial and contractual risk assessments.
• Coordinate with Finance to structure project costs in ERP and record costs.
• Identify and communicate changes and additions via Variation Order management.
• Develop and deliver the Services strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Provide line management for the renewable service team to coordinate activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardisation to improve processes.
